Marketing Associate
About the role
Aperio is new, and almost nobody knows it exists. You would be the one changing that — writing about what the product actually does and getting it in front of the students, parents, and teachers who would want it. Students currently in school are welcome to apply.
What you would do
- Write and schedule posts for Aperio's channels, and keep a simple content calendar.
- Turn what the product does into something people can see in ten seconds — a screenshot, a sample question, a short explanation.
- Find and reach the places where students and families already look for learning help: student groups, school communities, online spaces.
- Track what actually worked — which posts and channels brought people to the interest list, not just which got likes.
- Keep the tone honest. Aperio is early, and our marketing says so.
What we're looking for
- Clear, plain writing in English. This matters more than everything else on this list.
- You know the platforms students and parents really use, and you are comfortable posting in public for a brand.
- Organized enough to keep to a schedule without being chased.
- Currently enrolled students are welcome — we can work around a class schedule.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
How to apply
Email your application to [email protected]. Both a resume and a cover letter are required — an application without them cannot be considered. Send the cover letter as a PDF attachment or written in the body of the email, whichever you prefer.
